Olivia, who was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up primarily in Boston, within the US, has lived in Japan for over 15 years and holds a Grasp’s diploma in Japanese Linguistics and Literature. Throughout her profession, she has held a number of management roles in worldwide companies like American Specific, Reserving.com, and Expedia, however her first job in Japan was as coordinator for worldwide relations, which sits below the Japanese Ministry of International Affairs.
